Position: Food & Beverage Director

Location: Miami, FL – Design District

Compensation: $130K – $160K + Profit Sharing + Benefits


About the Role:

An exciting lifestyle hotel rebrand in Miami’s Design District is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Director to lead operational strategy, service standards, and guest experience across multiple outlets. This role offers an opportunity to shape the property’s F&B identity and collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to deliver a cohesive and elevated hospitality experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations for all F&B outlets, bars, events, and in-room dining
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure a unified culinary and service vision
  • Develop SOPs, training programs, and service standards for FOH teams
  • Lead a team of 50+ FOH employees, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Drive beverage program innovation and manage vendor relationships
  • Optimize program profitability through strategic partnerships and cost control
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience managing multi-outlet F&B operations in luxury hotels or resorts
  • Proven success in beverage program development and vendor negotiations
  • Hands-on leadership approach with a passion for mentoring large FOH teams
  • Highly organized, operationally focused, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Creative, guest-centric mindset with a strong eye for service excellence
